DISCOUNTS – SERVICES

• Family plan: 2+2=3 (2 Adults +2 Children max 10 Years) pay 3 whole fees,
• Children’s discount: (0/3 years) Free if he/she sleeps with his/her parents, meals are extra ( Euro 10).
• Children’s discount: (3/9 years) 40% off in the periods Á.-B-C 30% off in the periods D-E
• Children’s discount: (10/12 years) 30% off in the periods Á.-B-C 20% off in the periods D-E
• Cradle: € 10,00 in the periods Á.-B-C € 15,00 in the periods D-E
• Air Conditioned: € 35,00 per week if required.
• Small refrigerator: € 20,00 per week if available
• Phone in the room: your phone calls are charged on your account.
• Beach service : (10-06 to 20-09) All inclusive for both full board and half board (1umbrella+1bed+1deck chair and housing unities) . The 1° and the 2° row are asked an extra charge.
• Animals: Admitted if booked, accommodated on the ground floor (if available), and not admitted in the common areas, € 20,00 per week.
• Sea view rooms: 10,00 a day in the period Á.-B-C ; € 20,00 a day in the period D.
• Drinks: are excluded and are paid at the end of the stay.
• Room service: Double bed + an extra bed on request, bath with shower and phon, tv sat, air conditioned. Balcony or porch or table
• Transfer service: From / To Zambrone railway station, free; From / To Tropea railway station € 5,00 per person for a single go; From / To Vibo Valentia - Pizzo (1 to 5 people for a single go) €30,00; From / To railway station or Lamezia Terme Airport (1 to 5 people for a single go) €60,00.
• Internet point: you can use you Internet at the reception, connecting with your own cable or from the Internet position at the hotel

APARTMENTS PRICE LIST 2010

The week starts on Saturday at 14:00 and finishes on the departure’ day at 9:30

Prices are intended inclusive of light - water - gas, parking, use of the common washing machine and beach service (1 umbrella, 1 deck chair, 1 bed) for each house unit. A second beach service set must be paid extra.

Laundry rent on request: € 10,00 a day, in August € 15,00 each - final Cleaning € 35,00

Air Conditioned , where possible, €35,00 per week. Extra beds to be discussed. For more information, go back to the Hotel Regulations.

Excursions: only few kms from the hotel it is possible to reach marvellous destinations among which: the beaches in Tropea, Ricadi and Capo Vaticano, many historical cities such as Tropea ( 5 kms), Pizzo (18 kms) , Serra San Bruno (55 kms), Reggio Calabria (90km) .… Discounts for the excursions on Boat to the enchanting Eolie Islands

How to book:

When you book, you are easked the 30 of the total amount through:

• Credit card: through fax or e-mail, send authorization to collect from your credit card with your number and expiration, a copy of the identity card.

The reason for the payment must be always declared: booking from….to…. (full board/half board/B&B) .

Number of people, agreed price.

Regulations:

The settlement at the beginning of the stay, the hotel will hold back a valid document (identity card) for the whole stay.

- If the client doesn't pay and interrupts the stay, and having used the hotel facilities, he must pay the whole arranged amount.

- Interruption of the stay or anticipated departure:

any reimbursement will be up to the clients that begin the stay and decide to interrupt it for whatever reason. If they have not paid the whole settlement at the arrival they will have to settle the whole arranged amount however.

-If the client doesn't accept the stay at the moment of his arrival, he doesn't use the reserved services, he will lose the deposit.

Check in / Check out:

The stay begins at 14:30 in (for the full board it starts with the supper and it ends with the lunch,

if the client won't have it, the meal cannot be discounted). Rooms have to be left within 9:30 on the departure’s day.

Booking cancellation :

• The booking is 100% refundable if cancelled with registered letter within 60 days before the arrival -The booking is 50% refundable if cancelled with registered letter within 30 days before the arrival
• There is no repayment for any different conditions
• The missed arrival after 24 hours of the booked stay without warning (registered letter) allows the booking cancellation with the acquisition of the whole deposit or the whole settlement of the stay.

Court: In case of contrasts or problems the court of competence is that of Vibo Valentia or Tropea

Setups of shift and Informative of acceptance:

On possible problems of various kind, the hotel guarantees the accommodation in apartments or in other close structures (circa 3km far). The client knows the regulations by the time in he books.
